Knoxville’s WDVX has won Bluegrass Station of the Year for 2012 from the Society for the Preservation of Bluegrass Music of America.
Also up for bluegrass station of the year were WBBC-FM in Blackstone, Va., WBRF-FM in Galax, Va., 3. WBZI-AM in Xenia, Ohio, WPAQ-AM in Mount Airy, NC and WQDR-FM in Raleigh, NC.
